Rütgershaus Berlin-Tiergarten

The Rütgershaus is a residential and commercial building at the intersection of Lützowstrasse and Genthiner Strasse in the Tiergarten district of Berlin .

The five-story building was built from 1909 to 1911 by Held und Francke AG for the Rütgers-Werke based on plans by Hermann Dernburg . The steel frame construction is faced with granite and yellowish sandstone.

At the end of the 20th century, the building was used by the Investitionsbank Berlin and the Association of Publishers and Bookshops Berlin / Brandenburg e. V. At the beginning of the 21st century it is the seat of the BIOCOM publishing house and the bioeconomy council .
