Rūta Miliūtė

Rūta Miliūtė (born November 27, 1990 in Kaunas ) is a Lithuanian politician .

Life

After graduating from the Santaros High School in Kaunas in 2009, Rūta Miliūtė completed a bachelor's degree in political science at the Institute of International Relations at Vilnius University in 2014 and a master's degree in public policy at the Faculty of Social Sciences, Humanities and Art at Kauno technologijos universitetas from 2014 to 2016 in Kaunas . From January to July 2012, Miliūtė studied as part of the Erasmus exchange program at Marmara University in Turkey . In September 2012 she did an internship at the news service of Lietuvos radijas ir televizija . In 2012 she continued her education at the Ludwig von Mises Institute in Brussels , Belgium .

From 2014 to 2015 Miliūtė worked as a marketing specialist for the daily newspaper Kauno diena and from September to December 2015 as a sales project coordinator for the telecommunications company AB TEO . From 2016 she worked as the activity coordinator of the party Lietuvos valstiečių ir žaliųjų sąjunga . On October 23, 2016 she was elected as an LVŽS candidate in the Seimas .

Miliūtė is single and has no children.
