The RFP Group is a Russian timber company based in Khabarovsk in Russia 's Far East . 2.3 million m 3 of wood are felled each year and some of it is processed in the company's own processing complex in Amursk (capacity: 1 million m 3 per year). RFP is the largest producer of plywood in Russia. The company also operates a fleet of 100 transport ships on the Amur .
42.16% of the shares in RFP are held by the China Investment Corporation and the Russian Direct Investment Fund .
RFP goes back to the companies Dallesprom ( Russian Дальлеспром ) and the Amur shipping company ( Russian Амурское пароходство ).
