RPR two
RPR Zwei was a private radio broadcaster in Rhineland-Palatinate and went on the air on December 9, 1991. The operator was the Rheinland-Pfälzische Rundfunk GmbH & Co. KG , which also produced the sister program RPR1 .
The station broadcast a pure hit program . Well-known moderators were Bodo Henkel , Ute Schuler , Reiner Meutsch , Wolfgang Rositzka , Gerd Leienbach , Rainer Schauberger and Walter Fuchs . The news and traffic radio were taken over by the sister program RPR1.
RPR Zwei could be received nationwide in Rhineland-Palatinate as well as in the Rhine-Main area, in the Electoral Palatinate and the Cologne Bay. On August 4, 2003, the program was discontinued even though it had very high audience ratings. Since then, the youth program Big FM has been broadcast on the frequencies .
