Ra Mi-ran (born March 6, 1975 in Jeongseon-gun , South Korea ) is a South Korean actress . She is best known for her roles as a supporting actress.

She received the Blue Dragon Award for Best Supporting Actress for her role as mother of a young child in Hope (2013) .

Ra also played the lead role in the independent film Dance Town (2011) as a North Korean emigrant. She received very good reviews for her performance and was named Best Actress at the Busan International Film Festival .
