Race Course is a country town in southern Jamaica . The city is located in County Middlesex in the Parish Clarendon . In 2010, Race Course had a population of 3,016 people.

Race Course is located on the southernmost headland of Jamaica, a few kilometers from the coast. The cultivated landscape around the place, which is used for the cultivation of agricultural products, is leveled and is on average 10 meters above sea level. Race Course is west of the Rio Minho River , the largest watercourse on the island.
