Kemps Hill is a small country town in the south of Jamaica . The village is located in County Middlesex in the Parish Clarendon . The exact number of inhabitants is unknown.

Kemps Hill is located in the southernmost headland of Jamaica, a few kilometers from the coast. The cultivated landscape around the place, which is used for the cultivation of agricultural products, is leveled and is on average 20 meters above sea level. The land is slowly flattening towards the south. West of Kemps Hill rises a hill with an approximate height of 100 meters above sea level, from which the place probably got its name.

The nearest towns are the two settlements Caswell Hill and Ashley Hall which are about 3 kilometers north and are right next to each other. Also 3 kilometers to the south are the neighboring towns of Race Course and Gowrie . The largest town in the area is Hayes in the north, about 9 kilometers away .
