Radha Blank

Radha Blank (born September 1, 1976 in New York ) is an American screenwriter and film director .

Life

After the 1976 New York-born Radha Blank wrote the screenplay for an episode of the television series Empire and for three episodes of Nola Darling , she presented her debut feature film, The 40-Year-Old Version , at the Sundance Film Festival in January 2020 and was there in US Dramatic Competition honored with the Directing Award for their work. In this she plays Radha, a once promising playwright who is now rejected by the theater world and who has rediscovered her long-forgotten passion for rapping.
