Radoslav Štefančík

Radoslav Štefančík (born July 8, 1976 in Brezno , Slovakia ) is a Slovak political scientist , German studies scholar and dean of the Faculty of Applied Languages ​​at the Bratislava University of Economics .

Life

Radoslav Štefančík completed his studies in political science and German at the University in Prešov (Slovakia) and at the Friedrich Schiller University in Jena . In 2010 the doctorate to Ph.D. at the Faculty of International Relations at the University of Economics in Prague with a dissertation on Political Aspects of Migration in the Czech Republic and Slovakia. In 2013 he received the International Parliamentary Scholarship of the German Bundestag. He did post-doctoral stays at the University of Vienna and at the Herder Institute in Marburg . In December 2016 he completed his habilitation at the Pavol-Jozef-Šafárik University in Košice (Slovakia).

He has been teaching at the University of Economics in Bratislava since 2012.
