Rae (racing car)

Rae was an American chassis manufacturer in monoposto racing cars in the 1950s.

Rae primarily built monoposto racing cars for the AAA National series . In contrast to the big competitors Kurtis Kraft and Watson , the Rae racing cars did not achieve any major successes. The tried and tested Offenhauser engine served as the drive . The 500-mile Indianapolis a Rae was used only once. Walt Ader reached 22nd place in 1950.
