Rafael Morales Duque
Rafael Morales Duque OFM (born September 7, 1929 ) is retired Apostolic Prefect of Guapi .
Life
Rafael Morales Duque joined the religious community in the Franciscan and received on 13 July 1958, the priestly ordination . On May 5, 1994, John Paul II appointed him Apostolic Prefect of Guapi . He resigned from his office on February 13, 2001.
