Rafael Pacheco Hernandez (* 1954 in Madrid ) is a Spanish amateur astronomer and asteroid discoverer. He is one of the first Spanish amateur astronomers to specialize in astrometry . He uses the Consell Observatory (Observatori Astronomic de Consell) ( IAU code 176) in Consell on the Balearic island of Mallorca for his work.
