Consell is a municipality on the Spanish Balearic island of Mallorca . It has 4053 inhabitants (as of January 1, 2019). In 2006 the proportion of foreigners was 7.1% (217), the proportion of German residents was 1.2% (38). The only place (of the same name) had 2940 inhabitants (year 2008) and is located on the MA-13A road between Palma and Inca . The main economic factors are handicrafts and viticulture.
