Raffaello Giovagnoli
Raffaello Giovagnoli (also Raffaele Giovagnoli , born May 13, 1838 in Rome , † July 15, 1915 ibid) was an Italian writer and historian.
Giovagnoli was Giuseppe Garibaldi's campaigner in the Wars of Liberation in 1859, 1860 and 1866.
His best-known work is the two-volume Spartaco (in German Spartacus, General of the Slaves ) published in 1874 .
