The Raiffeisenbank Krumbach / Schwaben eG was a German cooperative bank based in Krumbach (Schwaben) in the district of Günzburg ( Bayern ). In 2017, the Raiffeisenbank Krumbach / Schwaben merged with the Raiffeisenbank Schwaben Mitte eG, which moved its headquarters to Krumbach.

history

On September 22nd, 1912, Raiffeisenbank Krumbach / Schwaben eG was founded as a savings and loan association Krumbach eGmuH by 22 citizens of Krumbach. On March 30, 1979, the Luitpoldstrasse 2 property was purchased. The groundbreaking ceremony at today's bank was on March 10, 1980. Mergers took place with Raiffeisenbank Ziemetshausen (1993), Neuburg (2002) and Niederraunau (2006).

The organs of the cooperative bank were the management board , the supervisory board and the representative assembly .
