Raimund Brichta

Raimund Brichta (born August 17, 1959 in Frankfurt am Main ) is a television presenter and stock market reporter for the German news channel n-tv . He is also active as a non-fiction author.

Brichta studied economics at the Goethe University in Frankfurt am Main, after which he was an editor at the news agency United Business Services (VWD). In the 1990s, Brichta built up n-tv's stock market and economic reporting as head of the business editorial department. Since 1992 he has moderated the Telebörse there and works for the broadcaster in other functions. Although Brichta reports daily from the stock markets, he doesn't own any stocks.
