Rainer Ludwig

Rainer Ludwig (born June 17, 1961 in Pegnitz ) is a German politician ( free voter ) and has been a member of the Bavarian state parliament since 2018 .

Career

Rainer Ludwig is a trained banker and worked in various areas of the Sparkasse. Since 2014 he has been running an agency based in Kulmbach as an independent event manager . Ludwig is married.

politics

Ludwig has been a member of the Kulmbach City Council since 2014 and took over the district chairmanship of his party in 2017. He applied for the state election on October 14, 2018 as a direct candidate in constituency 408 Wunsiedel / Kulmbach and in second place on the constituency list for Upper Franconia ; there he received the second most votes and was elected to the state parliament for the first time. Ludwig is currently a member of the committee for submissions and complaints and a member of the committee for economy, regional development, energy, media and digitization.
