Rainer victory

Rainer Sieg (born December 20, 1948 ) is a German legal scholar .

Life

After studying law and six years as an academic advisor at the University of Erlangen-Nuremberg , he moved to the Free University of Berlin , where he received his doctorate in 1985 . He then established himself as a lawyer and freelance consultant for labor and works constitution law. He has been an honorary labor judge since 1993 and at the Federal Labor Court since 1998 . From 1987 to 2014 he worked at Siemens AG , most recently in the Board of Management department “Legal and Compliance”. He has been a lecturer at the University of Passau since 2005 and as an honorary professor since 2012 . His focus is on labor and works constitution law.
