Ralf-Norbert Bartelt (born July 4, 1956 in Frankfurt am Main ) is a German politician ( CDU ) and a member of the Hessian state parliament .
education and profession
After graduating from high school in 1974, Ralf-Norbert Bartelt studied medicine at the Ernst-Reuter-Schule in Frankfurt am Main and graduated in 1981. Between 1982 and 1986 he worked as a scientific assistant physician at the Dermatology Clinic of the University Hospital Frankfurt and in 1986 passed the specialist examination as a dermatologist specializing in allergology . From 1986 to 2008 he was self-employed with his own dermatologist's practice in Frankfurt-Höchst .
politics
Ralf-Norbert Bartelt has been a member of the CDU since 1975. He is active in many board positions in the CDU. From 1990 to 2005 he was chairman of the CDU Heddernheim and has been deputy district chairman of the CDU Frankfurt since 2004. Furthermore, since 1987 he has been a member of the executive boards of the CDU SME Association at district and state level.
In terms of local politics, he was a member of local council 8 from 1977 to 1990 and a city councilor between 2001 and 2006. From 2006 to 2008 he was an honorary city councilor for the city of Frankfurt.
Between 1989 and 2001 he was a member of the Association Day of the Frankfurt Area Association . There he was chairman of the environmental committee from 1995 to 2001 and deputy chairman of the CDU parliamentary group from 1995 to 1999. Since 2006 he has been chairman of the association chamber of the planning association.
With the state election in Hesse in 2008 , he was elected to the Hessian state parliament on January 27, 2008 for the constituency of Frankfurt am Main III . In the early state elections in Hesse in 2009 , he defended his constituency, as well as in the state elections in Hesse in 2013 , in which he received 40.4% of the first votes in his constituency and in the state election in Hesse in 2018 , in which he only received 27.3 got% of the first votes. He is the deputy chairman of the parliamentary group. From 2009 to 2018 Bartelt was the social policy spokesman for the parliamentary group.
