Ralf-Peter Weber

Ralf-Peter Weber (born September 7, 1966 in Augsburg ) is a German politician ( Bündnis 90 / Die Grünen ) and former managing director of the Anhalt farmers' association.

education

Weber studied agriculture in Bonn, with a focus on plant cultivation and nature conservation as well as landscape ecology. From 2000 to 2003 he did his doctorate on grassland management.

politics

From 2002 to 2006 he shared the chairmanship of the state association of Saxony-Anhalt with Inés Brock . In 2006 he ran for Bündnis 90 / Die Grünen in the Dessau state constituency , and in 2011 in Köthen , but both times without success. In April 2016 he became State Secretary for Agriculture under Minister Claudia Dalbert .
