Ralf Kreutzer
Ralf Thomas Kreutzer (born May 9, 1958 in Baden-Baden ) is a German business economist and has been a professor of marketing at the Berlin School of Economics and Law since 2005 .
Life
Kreutzer studied business administration from 1978 to 1983 at the University of Mannheim with a focus on marketing, organization and psychology. In 1989 he did his doctorate under Hans Raffée and Erwin Dichtl on "Global Marketing" at the University of Mannheim. From 1989 to 1995 he held various positions at AZ Direct Marketing Bertelsmann, most recently as head of international activities. From 1995 to 1998, Kreutzer was managing director of the Volkswagen Group's “Kunden Club GmbH”, responsible for the management of the customer loyalty programs at Volkswagen and Audi . In 1999 he took over responsibility for Deutsche Post Direkt GmbH as spokesman for the management , a position that he held until the end of 2004. In 2005 he was appointed professor for marketing at the Berlin School of Economics and Law.
Kreutzer is a speaker at the Danube University Krems , the University of Bern and the Berlin Professional School at the University of Economics and Law. He is also a key note speaker at national and international conferences on the subjects of "Marketing", "Dialog Marketing", "Strategic Marketing Management", "CRM - Customer Relationship Management", "Customer Value Management", "International Marketing", "Social CRM", "Online Marketing", "Digital Branding", "Digital Transformation", "Digital Darwinism", "Change Management" and "Artificial Intelligence".
