Ralph Bünger

Ralph Ernst Bünger (born January 16, 1963 in Frankfurt am Main ) is a German lawyer and a judge at the Federal Court of Justice since 2009 .

Career

Ralph Ernst Bünger studied law at the Johann Wolfgang Goethe University in Frankfurt am Main , where he also worked as a research assistant. In 1996 he received his doctorate on the subject of the warning strike accompanying negotiations: an analysis of the newer lines of development in industrial action law in Frankfurt. In the same year he began his career as a judge in the state of Hesse . Initially, he was a probationary judge at the regional court in Frankfurt am Main and the district court in Königstein im Taunus . In 1998 he was appointed judge at the Frankfurt Regional Court. In 2004 Bünger became a judge at the Higher Regional Court in Frankfurt am Main . In 2005 he was seconded to the Hessian Ministry of Justice . He worked in the ministry as head of division and deputy head of department in the criminal law department. In 2006 he was accepted as a civil servant and appointed to the position of Chief Ministerial Councilor.

Bünger became a judge at the Federal Court of Justice on September 1, 2009. He is a member of the 8th Civil Senate of the Federal Court of Justice, which deals with purchase , leasing and housing rental law .
