Ralph Scheuss

Ralph Scheuss (* 1956 in St. Gallen ) is a Swiss competition strategist, management consultant and book author .

Life

Scheuss studied at the University of St. Gallen economics . After a Master lic. oec. HSG in Management and a Magister. oec. HSG in business education, he did his doctorate with Hans Ulrich on the subject of strategic adaptation of the company: A culture-oriented contribution to the management of company development .

Scheuss then worked with Hans Ulrich on the development of system-oriented management. During this time, he expanded his knowledge in the field of strategic management as a visiting researcher at the University of Arizona , the University of Southern California (USC) and the University of California, Los Angeles (UCLA). William G. Ouchi at UCLA he worked on the theory Z . At USC Scheuss dealt with Larry E. Greiner's "Corporate Life Cycle" studies . Scheuss then worked as a lecturer and management consultant.

Scheuss is an accredited management consultant CMC in the USA, a member of the ICMCI International Council of Management Consulting Institutes (New York), the WFS World Future Society, the SMS Society for Strategic Management, the ISPIM International Society for Professional Innovation Management and the Association for Talent Development (ATD).

Act

Ralph Scheuss works as a lecturer and advises companies in the areas of strategy , trends , innovation and organizational development . His methodology, which he calls strategy picking , is based on selecting ideas and concepts from leading strategists as well as success concepts from top companies and applying the core skills of the respective company accordingly.
