Ralph de Jongh

Ralph de Jongh (* 1975 in Roosendaal , Netherlands ) is a Dutch singer-songwriter , guitarist and harmonica player. His music is the blues in the style of Robert Johnson , Son House , Elmore James and Muddy Waters .

biography

As a teenager, Ralph de Jongh began playing in clubs and festivals. Initially, he oriented himself on the Rolling Stones ; his singing and his appearance are sometimes compared to Mick Jagger .

In the British blues scene, he discovered the music of Muddy Waters , John Lee Hooker and Lightnin 'Hopkins . Since then, the blues has been his great passion.
