Ramiro Navarro De Anda (born May 25, 1943 in Tepatitlán de Morelos , Jalisco , † March 26, 2008 in Mexico City ), also known by the nickname El Loco (the crazy), was a Mexican football player who acted in attack .

biography

Navarro De Anda began his professional career in the Mexican Primera División at Club Oro , for which he worked between 1961 and 1966. He then moved to the capital, where he was under contract first with Club America and then with Club Necaxa .

National team

His debut in the Mexican national was El Loco Navarro on March 12, 1965 in a World Cup qualifier against the United States. In the 2-0 win against arch rivals, he scored the second goal in the 57th minute. He played his other international matches in early April 1965 as part of the 1965 CONCACAF Cup against the Netherlands Antilles (5: 0), Haiti (3: 0) and Costa Rica (1: 1). Ramiro Navarro also belonged to the Mexican World Cup squad in 1966 , but was not used there.
