Ramiro Saraiva Guerreiro
Ramiro Elísio Saraiva Guerreiro (born December 2, 1918 in Salvador da Bahia , † January 19, 2011 in Rio de Janeiro ) was a Brazilian politician and diplomat .
He studied law and social sciences . 1978–1979 he was the Brazilian ambassador in Paris .
From March 15, 1979 until the end of the military dictatorship on March 15, 1985 he was Foreign Minister in the government of João Baptista de Oliveira Figueiredo .
From April 1985 to January 1987 he was ambassador to Rome . In his work Lembranças de um empregado do Itamaraty , he reports on his time at Itamaraty , the foreign ministry, from 1964 to 1985 .
