Ranvik is a bay on the south coast of South Georgia . It is located 5.5 km southeast of Diaz Cove .
The South Georgia Survey mapped it as part of its 1951-1957 survey campaign. The name of the bay has been established for a long time, but the naming background has not been passed down.
