The collection movement for culture and democracy (abbreviation RCD , Zentralatlas-Tamazight ⴰⴳⵔⴰⵡ ⵉ ⵢⵉⴷⵍⵙ ⴷ ⵜⵓⴳⴷⵓ A g raw i Yi d les d Tu g dut (GDG) , French Rassemblement pour la Culture et la Démocratie ; Arabic التجمع من أجل الثقافة والديمقراطية) is a party in Algeria that represents secular and liberal goals and has its stronghold in Kabylia ; Kabylia is one of the poorest regions in Algeria and home to the Berber-speaking Kabyls .

The party leader of the rallying movement is Saïd Sadi , who won 9.3 percent of the vote as a presidential candidate for the RCD in 1995 and 1.9 percent in the 2004 elections . The presidential elections in Algeria in 2009 boycotted he and his party. In the Algerian parliamentary elections in 1997 , the RCD won 19 out of 360 seats in the National People's Assembly . After the RCD boycotted the parliamentary elections in 2002, it took part in the parliamentary elections in Algeria in 2007 and again won 19 seats.
