The Rəvan Futbol Klubu is a football club from Baku , the capital of Azerbaijan .
history
The association was founded in 2009 under its current official name. In the 2010/11 season the club was promoted from the Birinci Divizionu , the second division, behind FK Abşeron . Since May 2011, the club played in the Premyer Liqası , the top division in Azerbaijan, before relegation to the Birinci Divizionu in the 2013/14 season. In 2015, Rəvan managed to climb as third after two clubs withdrew from Premyer Liqası.
Stadion
The club plays its games in the 5,000-seat Bayil Stadium .
