The Ravine Gabriel (also: River Gabriel , German: Sturzbach / Schlucht Gabriel) is a stream on the west coast of Dominica . It runs south of the Parish of Saint Peter and empties into the Anse Gabriel into the Caribbean Sea .
geography
The Ravine Gabriel has its source in the area of Madlome ( Madlome ) at about 500 m above sea level . It runs steeply in a westerly direction and flows into the Caribbean Sea after about 2.7 km. A jetty was built at its mouth. Neighboring rivers are the Ravine Bouleau in the south and the Ravine Lamothe as a tributary of the Colihaut River in the north.
