Ray Dalton (born May 10, 1991 ) is an American musician .

biography

Dalton grew up in California and Washington state . At the age of six he joined a children's choir in Seattle . He later sang in several school choirs before joining the nationally known "Total Experience Gospel Choir" , with which he traveled around the world.

Dalton recorded his first songs with SuperFire and Sol, both artists from Seattle. By working with the latter, the American musician Ryan Lewis became aware of Dalton. That of Lewis as part of hip-hop - duo Macklemore & Ryan Lewis is known, got in touch with him and soon began working with the duo Dalton. The first song the trio worked on was Wings in 2011. Two years later, the three achieved great fame through the single Can't Hold Us , which achieved worldwide chart success. In 2015 Dalton worked with the Norwegian duo Madcon on the song Don't Worry , which reached top 5 placements in Norway and Germany, among others.
