history

The band was formed in 1985 by singer Doug Parker, guitarists Paul Laganowski and Takis Kinis, bassist Steve Post and drummer Mike Olson. With Perceptive Incentive from 1985 and Final Solution (1986) the band released the first two demos . In 1988 the band reached a contract with Roadrunner Records through their demos and released the debut album Endless War in the same year .

In 1989 the next album was released, which was called Suiciety .

The recordings for a third album followed a little later. However, the album was never released. The band split in 1992.

Metal Mind Productions released the albums Endless War and Suiciety again in 2006 in collaboration with Roadrunner Records . The albums have been remastered and given bonus songs and other extras. The publication took place worldwide.

style

Realm play technically demanding Thrash Metal with partly progressive elements. The songs have a high tempo. Influences from bands like Megadeth or Anthrax can be heard. The album Endless War also features a cover version of the Beatles song Eleanor Rigby , which was also released as a single.
