Metal Mind Productions ( MMP ) is a company founded in 1987 by Tomasz Dziubiński in Poland . In addition to publishing music albums, the company also organizes concerts and publishes music DVDs. In addition, the Metal Hammer is distributed through Metal Mind Productions in Poland.

history

Metal Mind Productions was founded in 1987 by Tomasz Dziubiński. Since the company was founded, albums by various Polish rock and metal bands such as TSA , SBB , Homo Twist , Armia , Acid Drinkers , Satellite , Collage , Hunter and Closterkeller have been released. To date, over 1,000 licenses have been issued and over 10,000,000 copies have been sold in the company's history.

Metal Mind Productions takes over the distribution of many albums from Roadrunner Records , but also from MVD ( USA ), Soulfood ( Germany ) and Plastic Head Distribution ( Great Britain ).

In 1991 the company hosted a concert called Monsters of Rock that had 35,000 visitors and featured bands such as AC / DC , Metallica and Queensrÿche . The company has so far organized 1,000 more concerts for bands such as Faith No More , Chris de Burgh , Gordon Haskell , Plácido Domingo and Chris Rea .

In 2002 the company started producing music DVDs. Over 60 DVDs have been released so far through Metal Mind Productions.

Since 2006, old albums that had previously been released by Roadrunner Records and Nuclear Blast have been re-released and some with bonus material. Bands like Artillery and Annihilator were among them.
