Rebujito
Rebujito [ rrɛβuˈxi: to , pronounced "Rebuchito"] is a Spanish cocktail from Andalusia .
The long drink consists of about a third of sherry manzanilla , which is topped up in the glass on ice cubes with about two thirds of lemonade or tonic water . Mint leaves can be used as decoration . The Rebujito is often drunk as an aperitif .
Depending on the region, instead of the manzanilla, which gives the drink a slightly nutty note, another sherry from the respective region is used. In Seville , an ice cream Helado natural de rebujito was developed based on the cocktail .
