Redman Pond

The Redman Pond is a permanent zugefrorener freshwater tümpel in East Antarctic Victoria Land . Compared to Rodriguez Pond to the northwest of it, it is the smaller of the two ponds that lie west of the Hoffman Ledge in Healy Trough in the plain known as the labyrinth in the west of the Wright Valley .

The Advisory Committee on Antarctic Names named him in 2004 after Regina Redman of the United States Geological Survey , who worked for the United States Antarctic Program in the labyrinth between 2003 and 2004 .
