Reece Prescod (born February 29, 1996 in London ) is a British sprinter .

Athletic career

Reece Prescod gained his first international experience at the 2017 World Championships in London , where he reached the finals over 100 meters and finished seventh with 10.17 seconds. In 2018 he qualified over 100 meters for the European Championships in Berlin and won the silver medal there in the final with a new British U23 record of 9.96 seconds behind his compatriot Zharnel Hughes and ahead of the Turkish Jak Ali Harvey .

In 2017 and 2018 Prescod became British 100-meter champion .
