The Refuge du Grand Bec is a refuge belonging to the Vanoise-Tarentaise section of the Club Alpin Français in France, in the Savoie department in the Auvergne-Rhône-Alpes region .
Features and information
Maintenance is only planned for part of the year from June 20th. The hut is equipped with a wood stove, a bottle of gas, blankets and cutlery are generally available. The maximum capacity of the house is 36 places.
Access
To get to the Refuge du Grand Bec you have to cross the village of Planay, which is on the continuous road that leads to the town of Pralognan . When you reach Plan Fournier, you have to take a forest path that leads to the Col de la Vuzelle . The hut is then indicated from this path.
