Rainbow is a song by Wincent Weiss , Kevin Zaremba, Matthias Kuipers, Tamara Olorga and Sascha Wernicke, which became famous in the interpretation of the German singer Wincent Weiss. The song was released on September 11, 2015 under the label Vertigo Berlin as Weiss' first single.
Versions / reception
The song, the text of which was written by Weiss with Kevin Zaremba, Matthias Kuipers, Tamara Olorga and Sascha Wernicke and the melody of which was written by Kevin Zaremba and Matthias Kuipers, was produced by Zaremba and Kuipers. The song was mixed in the Black Sheep Studios in Neuss . The single also contains a remix of the song. It appeared half a year after the publication of Unter Meine Haut , which he recorded with the DJ duo Gestört but GeiL and Koby Funk. The single did not achieve the same success. An acoustic version of the song was released on his debut album Irgendwas gegen die Stille in 2017 . The original version of the song contains house elements, while the acoustic version does not.
Music video
A music video was also shot in 2015. The shooting took place in Berlin . Some scenes were filmed on the Eiswerder Bridge , others in a dance studio. You can also see how Weiss rides a bicycle, which he claims is from 1949, over the Tempelhofer Feld .
