Something against the silence is the first studio album by German pop singer Wincent Weiss . It was released on April 14, 2017 under the label Vertigo Berlin.

Background and singles

The first single, Musik sein , was released on April 11, 2016 and was able to place itself in the German charts in September 2016. She was awarded gold. The second single Feuerwerk was released on January 13, 2017 and was also able to place in the charts. Before the album was released, the song Just a Heartbeat Away was released. Thanks to streaming and downloads, the song was also able to stay in the German single charts for a week. On August 11th, the song Fresh Air was released as the third single .
