The Regius Professor of Natural History is a Regius Professorship from the University of Aberdeen in Scotland. The professorship was established some time before 1858 as Regius Professor of Civil and Natural History at Marischal College. When Marischal was merged with Kings College to form the University of Aberdeen in 1860, the professorship was renamed.

In addition to this Regius Professorship, there has been a Regius Chair of Natural History at the University of Edinburgh since 1870, as well as a Chair of Natural History founded in 1807 and now known as the Regius Chair of Zoology at the University of Glasgow .
