The Reichhart Logistik Gruppe (spelling: REICHHART Logistik) is an international logistics service provider with headquarters in Gilching .

The family business operates in the areas of transport logistics , contract logistics and digital logistics. Reichhart operates 20 locations across Europe. 16 of them are in Germany, one each in Austria and the Czech Republic and two in France. Today the company employs 1000 people.

history

In 1967 Horst Reichhart registered a business for general goods transport at today's company headquarters in Gilching. The first truck was procured in the same year. In 1988, one of today's managing partners, Michael Jackl, joined the company. In 1990 the company expanded its portfolio to include contract logistics services. In 1999, Alexander Reichhart joined the management. Expansion abroad began in 2003 and the subsidiary Reichhart Logistik Austria GmbH near Graz , Austria, was founded. Reichhart Logistique France SARL followed three years later with a location in Maubeuge , France. In 2009 Reichhart acquired a stake in Lobeko GmbH. At the beginning of 2010, this part of the business was renamed Reichhart just in time GmbH and since then it has been using its own fleet of vehicles. Since March 2014 the company has been involved in the nationwide field test with long trucks. According to Reichhart, it is important to have a technically flawless, low-emission and young fleet of vehicles . In order to enter digital logistics, the company Reichhart digital logistics GmbH was founded in 2014. Based in Frankfurt am Main , it develops the “motus” logistics software. In 2016 the subsidiary Reichhart just in time Česko sro was founded in Pilsen , Czech Republic. In 2017 the company celebrated its 50th anniversary.

Reichhart meets the requirements of ISO 9001 (quality management). In addition, the fleet subsidiary Reichhart just in time GmbH received the “ Bavaria's Best 50 ” award in 2014 . In 2011, the parent company was named one of the 50 best Bavarian companies. In total, Reichhart was among the 50 best companies in Bavaria four times . In 2019, Focus magazine recognized Reichhart as a “Top Employer” for the third time.
