The Reich Settlement Law ( RSiedlG ) August 11, 1919 (as amended by the Act of 3 July 2009, BGBl. I, p 2355, 2386) is to facilitate the agricultural land acquisition and resettlement education non-profit settlement companies front, the means of statutory pre-emption rights , in the alternative also through expropriation , to acquire and pass on land for settlement purposes. As a rule, you have a statutory right of repurchase if the property has not been used appropriately. These settlement companies are mostly operated as a GmbH or a cooperative . One example is BBV LandSiedlung GmbH .
