The Reifenberg is located in Neunkirchen in the Siegen-Wittgenstein district in North Rhine-Westphalia . It has a height of 413  m and lies between Neunkirchen and Brachbach .

The Reifenberg mine was on the mountain . It belonged to the Steimel mine and was shut down in the 1880s. The pit consisted of several tunnels, a die with a depth of 12.5 m was created in the Reifenberger tunnel . Gang means were Reifenberg , copper gravel was mined there, Colorful Chicken and Höchst . A total of 5,000 t of iron ore and around 40–50 t of copper ore were mined.
