Reilly Ridge is a 11 km long and distinctive mountain ridge in East Antarctic Victoria Land . In the Bowers Mountains, it looms on the northeast side of the Lanterman Range . The ridge leads from the heights east of Mount Bernstein in an easterly direction and forms part of the southwest face of the Sledgers Glacier .

The United States Geological Survey mapped it using its own surveys and aerial photographs of the United States Navy from 1960 to 1962. The Advisory Committee on Antarctic Names named it in 1970 after Joseph L. Reilly, head of the US Navy support unit at McMurdo Station in the Antarctic winter of 1964.
