Reinas del SUEUM de Morelia , also known for short as Reinas de Morelia , is the women's football team of the Union of Employees of the University of Michoacán ( Spanish Sindicato Único de Empleados de la Universidad Michoacana or SUEUM for short).

The Reinas play their home games in the Estadio Venustiano Carranza , which was built for the 1968 Olympic Games and can accommodate around 22,000 visitors. Between 1968 and 1989 the stadium served as the home ground for the men's team of the Monarcas Morelia until they moved into the Estadio Morelos , which opened in 1989 and is almost twice as large .

The “queens” (Spanish Reinas ) of Morelia are the most successful women's soccer team in Mexico to date . They have won the Liga Mexicana de Fútbol Femenil , which was held for the first time in the 2007/08 season, three times ( Clausura 2008, Apertura 2008 and Apertura 2009) and were runner-up again in Apertura 2010.
