Reinhold Friedl (2012)

Reinhold Friedl (* 1948 in Hamburg ) is a German political scientist, social scientist and crime writer. He has worked as a senior student adviser, as a police enforcement officer at BGS , as head of division in the presidential department of the Hamburg school authority (including EU and international affairs) and as an international civil servant at the United Nations in Geneva, Paris and Africa, at the UN High Commissioner for Refugees (UNHCR) and UNESCO. PhD in political and social science (Dr. rer. Pol.), Hon.Professor at the Carl-von-Ossietzky University of Oldenburg, Center for Migration, Education and Cultural Studies (CMC). Head of UN Refugee Aid for Northern Germany.
