Reinhold Haller

Reinhold Haller (born December 29, 1955 in Cologne ) is a German educationalist , specialist book author and founder of a consulting, training and coaching institute based in Berlin.

Career

After studying educational sciences at the Free University of Berlin, Reinhold Haller became a research assistant at the University Children's Clinic in 1986 (then Kaiserin-Augusta-Viktoria-Haus, or KAVH for short). Here he developed training programs for children and young people with diabetes mellitus , asthma and neurodermatitis . In addition, he designed training programs and materials for parents of affected children / adolescents as well as training and further education for medical professionals (doctors, nurses, dietitians). In addition, Reinhold Haller was and is (to this day) lecturer at various universities in Germany (Free University of Berlin, Technical University of Berlin, Rheinische Fachhochschule Köln, Fachhochschule Bonn-Rhein-Sieg, Hochschule Mannheim).

In 1993 Reinhold Haller became deputy head of the working group on the reform course in medicine at the Charité Berlin. His task here was to co-ordinate and co-design a curriculum for a complete (reformed) university medical course as a pedagogical coordinator in a pilot project and to train lecturers and university teachers in modern forms of academic education and training (problem-oriented learning, problem-based learning ).

In 1994 Reinhold Haller received his doctorate in philosophy (Dr. phil.) From the Technical University of Berlin.

In 1996 Reinhold Haller became Head of Personnel and Organizational Development at the German Aerospace Center DLR in Cologne. He was responsible for general further training at DLR (main training officer) with its 5500 employees at the time, as well as for personnel development for specialists and managers.

Reinhold Haller has been working as a freelance consultant, trainer and coach at his own institute in Berlin since 2000. His focus is on the areas of (employee) leadership and cooperation, team development and efficient management tools, especially for the scientific sector (universities, research institutions and associations). This includes consulting, training and coaching offers for scientists and research institutions. Reinhold Haller works on a voluntary basis in the association Coachingnetz Wissenschaft eV.
