The Reinthalergraben is a 0.3 kilometer long right tributary of the Kainach in Styria .

The Reinthalergraben is being built in the southern part of the municipality of Kainach near Voitsberg , in the south of the cadastral municipality of Kohlschwarz , north of the Karl Ortner settlement and southeast of the Reinthalerhof farm. It flows first in a flat curve to the left and then in a flat curve to the right to the east. At the border of the cadastral communities Kohlschwarz and Bärnbach , it flows into the Kainach in the western part of the village of Afling, northeast of the Karl Ortner settlement and southeast of the Reinthalerhof farm about 150 meters west of the L341.

The Reinthalergraben does not receive any other watercourses along its course.
