The religious history of Yarlung ( Tib. Yar jo development bo'i chos' byung or yar lung chos' byung ) of Shakya Rinchende ( Shakya rin chen sde ) is a work of Tibetan historiographical Chöjung ( chos' byung ) genus of dating 1376 by a descendant of the Tibetan royal family .

It deals with the history of the creation of the world, the Tsenpo genealogy, the spread of Buddhism in Tibet and inland China, relations between the Tang and Yarlung dynasties , the Sakya and Kadam religious schools . The work provides important materials for researching ancient Tibetan history and the relationship between China and Tibet in earlier times.
