Remy Reijnierse
Remy Reijnierse (born June 18, 1961 in Rhenen ) is a former Dutch soccer player and today's soccer coach .
Player career
From 1979 to the end of 1983 Reijnierse scored 15 goals in 124 games for FC Eindhoven in the Eerste Divisie . He then moved to league competitor VVV-Venlo . With Venlo he rose to the Eredivisie in the 1984/85 season .
Coaching career
As a coach, Reijnierse initially worked for VVV-Venlo in the youth sector and has since also worked as an interim coach for the first team. He then worked in the youth department of PSV Eindhoven . As Foppe de Haan's assistant coach , Remy Reijnierse won the European Championship title with the Dutch U-21 national team in 2006 and 2007 at the U-21 European Championship. He then took over the post of head coach for various U-national teams for the Dutch Football Association . In the 2016/17 season he was assistant coach at the German second division club VfB Stuttgart under Jos Luhukay .
